The contents are not public but to showcase this commission somehow, here is the timeline of the involved events.
So, lots of waiting in the beginning and action intensifies as the deadline approaches. In my experience, this is a common pattern. The contents of the application get clearer as it is done, with all due revisions, limitations and considerations taken into account. Similarly, the figures are discussed a lot at the beginning and the final production is power through at the end.
I like to think the discussion about the figures helps clearing the ideas of the client, so it is not just drawing but also a facilitation process taking place.
